The Project
We recently installed a Conservatory Warm Roof for Mr & Mrs Marsh, who having lived close by for many years in Woking wanted to update their ageing glass roofed conservatory. Already knowing of our local reputation they were keen for us to commence the installation.
How We helped
We were able to keep the existing brickwork and foundations, as these still had lots of life left in them. We changed and upgraded all the uPVC windows to A rating double glazed units and installed a new set of French patio doors as well. And most notably we changed the roof to a Warm Roof, with electronic VELUX windows and blinds set into the ceiling.
Their previous conservatory was too hot in the summer and if it wasn’t for the underfloor heating, far too cold in the winter.
They really wanted a conservatory room that was accessible all year round, and now with the new cooling and warming thermal properties that can only be gained by our solid warm roofs, they have it!
